  • This review is overdue but warranted. Two years ago, we found ourselves in a medical crisis with our 13 year old Maltese Lizzie, who had suffered a herniated disc in her neck and was in chronic pain. We had hoped to extend her life for a short period, but she unfortunately went into worsening pain over the Labor Day weekend that couldn't be controlled by the strong medications she was prescribed. This clinic was open late on a Saturday night, and was one of our only options. We made the decision to have Lizzie put down to end her pain. The doctors and staff on duty at SVC could not have been more decent and compassionate. We don't live in the immediate area and had never been clients of theirs, but they treated Lizzie and us like we were long time customers. Thank you for your brief but outstanding care of our dog. I would heartily recommend Scottsdale Veterinary Clinic to anyone looking for a professional and compassionate vet practice,
