  • My ex filed a fraudulent bankruptcy, blatantly lied on the stand, and I proved that our business did well, however, I don't know if it was the judge or my attorney but I walked away with nothing but $50,000 in attorney fees. After that I was moved from Paul as my attorney to Nathaniel and I ended up paying him $8,000 for literally nothing. When my ex stated in a Judgment Debtor Exam that he didn't remember his current wife's maiden name or when they were married, Nathaniel merely stated "he must have a bad memory." A decent attorney should realize that's a lie and would not have accepted those answers in a legal proceeding.
