  • While floppy New York style slices are not my usual go to (native Chicagoan clearly) Ian does this style right. I have had many of the different slices, my most recent favorite was their take on Hawaiian pizza which also had jalapeños! Yum! But seriously, you cannot go wrong at Ian's. There is a slice to please all tastes as well as many veggies options. If you like ranch on pizza be sure to try their homemade ranch dipping sauce! It's awesome. As for atmosphere, the later you go the busier it will be. However the staff is always friendly and ready to deal with the chaos. Ian's is a madison institution and definitely worth a visit or ten.
