  • I went here because I was having issues with my cycle shoes. I had my husband install the cleats and he didn't do a good job. My shoe got stuck in the pedal during a spin class. I came in here and the guy behind the counter was really helpful. I had to buy new cleats and he installed them. I've been spinning for 3 months since and I haven't had a problem. The guy said if the cleats feels loose I can bring my shoes in and they can tighten it for me. Their customer service was on point and i will be back if needed.
