  • most of the time everyone is very friendly and helpful. I find that just when I need something and they have it-my next trip in they put it on clearance and say it wasn't purchased enough. I know that it's not a good use of real estate to have "special" diet items but on the other hand they are supposed to be doing more for your pet, so I'd love it if they'd at least say they would be willing to order the items.
