  • DO NOT REFINANCE WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They intentionally leave escrow details out of the good faith estimate to make their quote artificially lower. Once you sign they increase the escrow and charge you more! What a scam! Other companies I got quotes from were confused as to why they were so low. Now we know why. They are frauds! If you have discovered the same problem with your refinance, reply to this post.
