My family has purchased several different appliances over the years from B and B. We've always been pleased and never had any issues, until earlier this week.
First off, I don't recommend placing a maintenance call with them, unless your appliance is under their brief warranty.
I called about my microwave and ultimately wasted $65 for ten minutes of nothingness.
Needles to say, I was quite dissapointed by the whole situation and felt as though I was taken for a ride.
