rev:text	Short version: Andrew deserves your business Long Story: We have a 17 year old 4Runner. The odometer just turned over 130K. I've had all the filters and fluids replaced on a slightly longer interval than recommended in the service manual, but never had to make any repair other than brakes. It was time for the timing belt replacement as well as the 100K servicing. Current issues included a check engine light and an engine oil leak. Yelp served up this place as highly rated and the reviews seemed very honestly written so I called and left a message. I waited a few days before getting a call back so I could schedule an appointment. Andrew, the owner apologized that he'd received a lots of messages lately and did not see mine at the end of the list. We agreed on an 8AM appointment two days later. Andrew was there before I was and listened attentively to my description of what I thought was needed. He told me of his years of working for Toyota and suggested he would do a complete inspection and come up with a prioritized list of what was needed. I should return in about 90 minutes. His list included everything I already knew, plus he showed me the brakes were now just at the limit where the rotors needed replacing rather than being made true through turning again, and that the valve cover gaskets were seeping but not a true leak as yet. The check engine light was due to the air mass sensor. About 4 years prior the same fault was indicated by the check engine light and I had googled the error code and performed the simple sensor cleaning recommended. Andrew did recommend replacing the sensor given the car's age. He quickly agreed to my request to just clean it. He prioritized and provided an individual quote for every service he recommended and allowed me to choose how much I wished to spend on this old but reliable car. I chose all the high priority items and replacing the rotors. Andrew said if I get there early the next day, he would do all the work within that day. As promised the work was completed on schedule and the cost was about $30 cheaper than the estimates he had given. The oil leak turned out to be caused by shoddy workmanship on my last oil change. I'm very happy with Andrews service, complete description of services required and very accurate estimates. After you talk to him for a few minutes, if you're any kind of a decent judge of character, you'll see he's honest and takes pride in providing excellent quality work at a good price. You'll have the fewest headaches possible when dealing with Andrew and Trusted Imports.
