  • Well... they will give you the best price on units, but when something arises after the fact, it's like pulling teeth. The technician failed to install a wire from the unit to the thermostat, and that was my fault according to them. And when the unit was still not working properly, they don't tell you how to fix the problem, they only act like you are a burden. I would not recommend this company if you are looking for good customer service or an overall positive experience. I guess you get what you pay for.
