  • This was the worst bowling alley I have ever been to. It took me 15 minutes to be able to even find a bowling ball. Then the machine broke. Then the guy at the front refused to do anything about the timing! I explained the problem and asked for him to tack on the time at the end. He initially said ok. Then during bowling he wanted to end our game without giving us the time! I tried to explain to him that he was pissing off existing customers over 10 min when he had no one else even waiting for the lane! He then proceeded to let us finish our time, while staring at us intensely and coming over to complain to us one more time. Suffice it to say that this place is run by individuals who do not understand how important a satisfied customer is. I will never return to this place and I suggest that anyone who expects to be valued as a customer not go here.
