  • Absolutely everything these people did got screwed up. We went in to buy a bed sheet set. Let me just sum up with bullet points. 1. Wandered around store for twenty minutes before we were helped. 2. Took advise from salesman and got a sheet/duvet in different colors, along with pillow covers and shams. Later found colors were not contrasting enough. 3. Salesman misspelled my name twice. 4. After he took payment he said nothing was on hand. 5. When we got home I noticed that we did not get the sale price, AND my name was still spelled wrong. 6. Called customer service and they said I had to go into store, which is 30 miles from home. 7. Went into store and got price and name fixed and ordered two sets of PJ's for wife. Sales lady called their customer service to get prices corrected on sheets (WTF?). 8. No pajamas in store so I had to wait for shipping. 9. A week later got a call saying color on night gown not available so i had to pick another color. The store seems to be packed with samples and nothing else, everything has to be ordered. Sales people appear bored and not interested unless you are spending $25,000. Every shipping document we got had mistakes, the PJ order made it appear that they would send us an extra set later. For this kind of money (around $1,000 for bed sheets and pajamas) I expect superior customer service. I will not shop here again. Hopefully the items hold up.
