  • My go to cheap hotel. I'm happy with this place. The price is equivalent to a good motel (maybe Holiday Inn?), but it feels like a hotel. Remodeled recently I think, it looks like it. Clean, new or nearly new furniture, bathroom areas are very clean, linens look new or nearly new, smells clean too, free wi-fi, lobby is really nice, free breakfast, little gym. I am a serious germphobe, but I feel like I can relax a little here. I have many good things to say about it. Two downsides: $15 non-refundable a night for a pet -and I have a quiet, old cat who just sleeps 24/7 so it's not like it could do any harm, so that bugs me. And, the parking lot is a bit seedy. (Oh, and fyi- there are no nice restaurants nearby, except junk food places.)
