If I could give a zero I would. Sent letter after checkout and keys turned in saying there was flooring damage and cooking stains that couldn't be touched up on paint in kitchen. Total damage over $1700. But as of today can not provide pictures and passed final walk through while living there. They claim they don't allow former residents at final walk through because they have officially turned over the keys. Carpet was 3 years old and they are in stages of remodeling. Guess they just figured out how to pay for the remodel and now charge new residents up charge for remodeled apartment.
This company is stealing money from college students. It is unjust.
