  • The absolute WORST nail salon I have ever been to all around. I would NEVER go here again. I also do not write negative reviews... you can check my others! I would give negative stars if I could. I went in a pinch because I had a hair appointment in old town, an event to go to, and was leaving for Mexico the next day. My normal place is in North Scottsdale, where they do the same things. I asked them to do rose gold chrome nails, and they were going to charge me $70, wtf...$35 for a color upgrade? The lady doing my nails, Kim, got the guy sitting at the front to explain to me, "this is Scottsdale honey, so you have to pay for that." Umm... I live in a gated community in Scottsdale, and never once have I paid such a ridiculous price. Needless to say, that is just wrong to tell a person, PERIOD. I feel bad for all the younger people in there spending their hard earned money on such poor service. It gets worse though! My nail broke three days later when I was putting on makeup, so nothing strenuous at all. I went to my place and had them fix the damage they did, and do my chrome nails all for $15. This place is a joke!
