  • I am not happy. I am new to the area and my grooming supplies are unfortunately packed away. I took my Wheaten in this morning for grooming. I requested; shampoo, cut, ear cleaning & nail trimming. They said 2-4 hours but it ended up taking 5 1/2-hours. I was quoted via Yelp messenger "approximately $50". When I showed up they said they reduced the price by $10 because it took so long - I was still charged $50. I included a tip and then they brought him out. As you can see for yourself in the attached photos, this is a bad haircut. There are long bits of hair sticking out, large clumps that were overlooked, lines all over his hair, and I'm almost certain his nails were not touched. I know this because when I trim his nails they're slightly rough/sharp after and that is not the case tonight. I am disappointed I paid for this haircut because it's terrible. I don't question that my pup was safe while he was there but I will not ever go back (unless they wish to refund my money) and I will not recommend them.
