  • Found a condo I loved, realized I wasn't a perfect candidate but was more than willing to work with them to make it happen (extra deposit, 2 months up front, etc). I called and emailed several times to follow up and send additional documents for verification, instead received an email that simply said: "Please find attach a decline letter explaining the reasoning for denial. Thanks!" No phone call, no attempt to help me qualify, nothing. Potential residents: save the $40 application fee and find another management company.
