| - I was very excited when I saw chase bank signs at this new construction site near my home. The bank has now open, It is gorgeous inside but lacks customer service. Everything is automated, I wasn't able to get some specific information from my online account, so I called customer service who told me the only way to do so was to walk into an agency. As I walked into this agency, it was very appealing to the eye, I saw no teller, not even the normal teller window we normally see, I've also noticed some offices where I could tell customers were being taken care of. I approached one of their employee's who told me I would have to make an appointment where the first available was 4 hours later or I could just sign up on their waiting book and wait there, when asked what was the waiting time the person told me 45min to 1 hour.
Is this how out of touch we become? An automated agency? I guess so they can save cost by not having to pay tellers... but really? I am a tech savvy person and I would not go back to that place, If i need mostly anything including depositing checks I just use their cell app, if I need to withdraw or deposit cash I'll just drive to an ATM. I really see no purpose for that agency, and I cannot imagine someone who isn't tech savvy feeling comfortable performing/figuring out any transaction on their own.
THIS AGENCY IS USELESS!
