  • Another great wash and they fixed my windsheild. I am mad at management who has epicly failed their good employees by letting the lame employees talk them into tip pooling aka stealing from hustlers. I have one guy I use and tip him double because he simply does his job great. Not anything more, no special treatment just an amazing job in the same time or faster than everyone else. Now management took away his incentive to be an amazing employee . I'm pissed. Thats just wrong. This is Vegas, the hustle rules. Crybabies wanting tip pooling need to use those tear to polish a rim and earn more from hard work.
