  • I am a member of sears vacation since I hold a sears credit card. I never had to enroll or pay anything for it. I've taken a trip to FL using sears vacation to book lodging and I don't have any complaints about the resort but sears vacation sucks. They don't offer any customer service. DON"T use sears vacation!!! While I was on vacation, I received a call everyday to attend a sales pitch. I also used sears to book lodging for Mexico and when I was trying to get a hold of someone to help me with the reservation over the phone, I was transferred non-stop and no one would help me. They also hung up on me numerous times. Eventually I got my lodging reserved but it shouldn't take that long.
