I was hoping this would not happen but it did. I took my car in for service and it came out with more wrong with it. I called the service department with my concern and was told to prove they did it and it wasnt that way when I dropped it off. I have had this happen at other service centers including another Ford dealership in another state. I am not the only one this has happened to. It is an industry practice and was agreed to by the representative I spoke with regarding this at Ford's corporate offices. I would not recommend this dealership for service.
