rev:text	A friend had gotten her eyebrows done here, and said they had done a really good job. I'm pretty paranoid about my eyebrows so I figured this would be high end enough to be a good job. The lady on the phone to book appointments was very friendly, so that was good! However I waited for at least half an hour, while there were employees chatting and not seeming to be up to much! When I got in, she began to talk for probably 10-15 minutes about the acne I have on my forehead. It's not bad, and can be concealed but I'm still very insecure about it. I feel like she gave some good advice, however she went on about how I needed to stop drinking milk...and I'm lactose intolerant :/ The job she did was very nice though! My brows matched, she didn't take off too much, and it seemed really smooth and well done. I was listening to her explain a product you can buy so the hair doesn't grow back too quickly, and I think she assumed I wanted it. So I bought a quite pricey product when I realllyyy didn't need or want to. This is my fault just wish there was more communication! I thought she was going to apply it for free, not add it to my bill. Overall, for a small service like this I would go back, because I know they'll do a good job. I just need to be a bit more assertive I suppose!
