  • Great experience! All the staff was friendly and efficient from the time I walked in the door; I felt at ease and welcome immediately. I was greeted promptly by the reception staff and they explained the paperwork since I am a new patient. The Doctor Assistant explained each step of the exam along the way. The Doctor was also great at helping me understand the exam and results, and more importantly the current condition of my eyes and prescription. The Optician who assisted me with finding frames was friendly and put me at ease right away, making my selection experience fun. I highly recommend Excel Vision, and am grateful to my friend for the referral.
