  • recently moved out of Miro. The property use to be called Elysian Parc. I never had issues until they were bought out and changed to Miro. These clowns have no clue how to manage a property. Beware!!! you will be charged for anything they can find in your apartment at move out. I asked for touch up paint to cover picture nail holes, and they took 2 weeks hoping I'd forget. The maintenance told me don't worry about it, they paint the whole apartment anyway, when I move out. I painted just to make sure. They still charged me $25.00 for paint after I moved. Then they charged 75 bucks for normal ware on carpet cleaning. What makes this so bad is, This property is trying to take as much of your deposit as possible. I left the apartment so clean, you could almost move in without the clean up. When I confronted the manager about the amounts, She replied it's only $25.00 bucks. Basically, Let it go... They did not clean the property the property the whole time I was there. At least not by my building. Miro sits right next to a rail road track. Train horns go off all day and in the middle of the night. I see why they had a lot of empty apartments.
