I read all the great reviews and then they damaged two oriental rugs severely and aren't even responding to my inquiries anymore. They picked up my rugs in a beat up old truck, had them for a week, returned them with "bleached" areas on one and the tassles torn off the other. The techs that delivered them agreed they had been damaged and took them back. The tech that delivered them a second time agreed they were damaged. Their customer service rep in some other state claimed that there was no damage but would offer a settlement. I asked how much, that was 3 weeks ago. Emails go unanswered and I have now had to get my lawyer involved. Accidents happen but it all comes down to how you resolve the issue. Apparently these guys think that by ignoring it it will go away.........they couldn't be more wrong. If you use these guys take comprehensive photos of your rugs before they take them. Right now I am sitting on a $4500 rug that is ruined, and a $600 rug with the fringe torn off and no one will call me back.
