  • We always go to the Hard Rock when we're in Las Vegas, because my husband just LOVES all the rock exhibits and displays.. so we are at the Pink Taco when another Yelper said they have vegan options. The minute I said "vegan" my server immediately made helpful suggestions, and we ate WONDERFUL veggie fajitas, burritos, and fresh guacamole that the server suggested be served with cut veggies.. just delish.. and we will definitely go back. NICE location, a little eclectic, nice patio and very accommodating.
