| - I had my first Naaco experience a few weeks ago while they were parked at their homebase, Kingsland Farmer's Market.
I knew there was a lot of hype over The Naaco Truck, so was very excited to try it. I ordered the Bodacious Bhaji (chickpea fritters, NOT falafel), with a few tweeks to make it vegan friendly. The staff were accustomed to this request, and simply removed the smoked cheddar and put it on rice instead of naan for me! Very accommodating. So, my meal was made up of chickpea fritters, apple chutney, red cabbage, carrots, and greens, served atop of a bed of rice which contained lemon, curry leaves, and black mustard seeds. Soooo amazing! We also shared an order of mogo chips which were to die for. Between my lunch buddy and I, the half order that came with her meal for plenty for sharesies with everything else we were eating!
I really enjoyed my Naaco Truck experience and also appreciate their efforts related to environmental stability, such as using compostable everything and growing herbs on the roof of their truck! Too cool. See you again, Bodacious Bhaji!
