  • Just had the grilled pancetta, arugula, cheese and tomato (PLT) sandwich. Great lunch for $5! It was a bit on the greasy side, but that goes with the territory if you want a good grilled sandwich! On days where I find myself without a lunch from home, I will definitely consider this again. The only problem I have with the joint is that they ask for a tip when paying on the machine. Sorry, but unless I'm sitting at a table and you're serving me, don't expect or ask for a tip. (Forno Cultura doesn't even have a seating area!)
