  • If I could give this 0 stars I would. I had a gel Manicure done 2 times because the first was a french done with gel and it was chipping and peeling after less than 24 hours. So I called but the owner charity but she doesn't answer just text. So charity texted me and told me to get in contact with the tech that they rent the space are independent and that she would have to fix it. The tech was very sweet and said she would fix it so I went back the very next day to have them redone and this time i decided to make it easy for her (so I thought) I said just paint them red no french, but there is red polish all over my skin and cuticles. I asked over and over to please get it off but she couldn't it just kept getting worse. Truely it looks like a small child painted them its really unacceptable. She had to soak, drill and file off the gel french done the day before and now my nails are so short and painful from all the filing along with being all cut up from the cuticles to front of my nails. I had descent length to my nails as seen in the picture from the French done the day before and they are very short now, and this only depicts a few of the problem nails on the French many were chipped and as the day progressed continued to peel they were far worse by the time I went back to their office, it really Is upsetting, And we are talking about less than 24 hours. I've never had a manicure this bad EVER! FYI.... there was nothing but a gel French paint job done the tech asked after doing the French if I wanted a hand massage. No oils or treatments or whatever comes with a manicure that's $35. Nothing. Prior to the initial appointment Charity the owner asked that i text her a picture of my spa finder gift card number to hold the appointment? I found that to be strange at the very least and it made me very uncomfortable. I should have followed my gut instinct to stay away but I didn't. Why would you send a stranger the numbers from your gift card? The office is dirty, the equiptment is dirty the brushes you wash your nails with are dirty and old. Stay away from this establishment, the business is poorly run to say the least.
