  • I tried Modern Dental care several months ago to get a teeth cleaning. They charged me significantly more than my regular dentist for teeth cleaning because they said I needed the additional services. I agreed to pay it since I was already there. While the hygienist did a good job, I was really put off with the "hard sell" to go with their invisalign system at a cost of thousands of dollars. Now I get a notice in the mail about a "no show" fee. I don't recall making any appointment with them and I certainly never confirmed any such appointments. I guess they just charge you $55 whether there is a confirmed appt or not. I'm assuming they just schedule you in automatically or something. Needless to say I wont be using this company again and I would dissuade any one else from considering them as well. I really feel like this company only suggests things to try to get money out of you. After receiving this ridiculous no show fee, now I'm convinced it's not a dentist who cares about you. Just your money.
