rev:text	Since I've yet to find a "favourite" hair salon in the GTA, I always try out different salons every time I want a haircut and/or dye. After reading through all the good reviews on Yelp, I decided to give Salon de Elephant a try! First thing first, the customer parking is a bonus since it is mostly Green P or street parking in that area. There are only 2 spots available so get there early to snatch a spot. I also liked the online booking system as you can request your hair dresser and your timeslot. This avoids any misunderstandings and it will secure your spot. The salon felt very tranquil and spacious as soon as I walked in; I definitely like how it isn't cramped and there's enough space for each client. I requested Melissa as my hairdresser and she was super helpful! As I don't know much about hair, she answered ALL of my questions and gave me a few suggestions/options. She wasn't annoyed by the number of hair questions that I had =) It was my first time bleaching my hair with balayage so I was a bit nervous but I wanted to do it anyway. She reassured me that it would turn out the way I had wanted it. She was great! The haircut turned out awesome and the head massage during the washing was REALLY relaxing. I felt asleep! I enjoyed the complimentary lemon citron tea and the snacks! They made sure I got water refill when my cup was empty. Not just Melissa, but all the other staff who served me was really friendly and nice too. I had a really good experience at Salon de Elephant! I will come back next time!
