I've been here twice and thoroughly enjoyed both experiences. I love restaurants that have you order at the counter because it gives you ample amount of time to study the menu while you wait in line to order/grab a table.
I came with a friend at 1pm on a Sunday and there was no wait and ample seating choices. The other time I came was during a more generic brunch time (probably 10:30/11ish?) and even though the line went to the door it moved really quickly and I had barely made up my mind about what I wanted when it was my time to order.
I got the cold brew coffee and one of the weekend specials which were mahi mahi fish tacos with cabbage, guacamole, salsa roja, chipotle crema, and 2 eggs and black beans. I was slightly skeptical about getting fish tacos from a brunch place but they were SO good. I think that goes to show the quality of their ingredients and their cooking.
My friend got the mimosa which was made with fresh squeezed oj and the salmon frittata which looked delicious.
We also tried their red velvet cupcake and the blueberry compote scone. I'm not a huge fan of scones in general but this one was decent as far as scones go and had a nice thin lemon glaze on top that wasn't overpowering.
All in all Marigold is a very solid brunch option and even with a diverse menu they execute it all extremely well.
