I have returned to Dolce Lusso since my first review a few times for color and (simple) trims. Found the two stylists I worked with to be talented -- but as many other reviewers have said, overbooked. Some of the front desk gals are warm, enthusiastic and lovely. Others have been cold and rude. The stylists do seem rushed, the place has people running in all directions, and it's noisy as He!*! There is only ONE bathroom that I know of here for both men and women (no transgender issues, but ONE bathroom that the entire salon has an eye on so they can get to the door before someone else beats them there? I was there recently and also experienced the person next to me be finished before me and then being transplanted to some room while my color processed so my stylist could work on another client. Don't blame them for that, but this is supposed to be an upscale salon and that "processing room" or whatever it's called isn't much bigger than my master bedroom closet. And it had about six to eight chairs on each side of the wall with a couple of crummy tables filled with gazillion ragged magazines. Nobody at the salon had the courtesy of coming back to this tiny room full of not-so-happy clients to ask if we'd like a beverage. It appears that the salon is making some changes and not for the better. Not happy right now, but do like my stylist.
