  • I had a tooth come loose from my upper denture. I called to make an appointment to have it glued back in and they were very nice on the phone - even to the point that there would be no charge. When I got there I was ushered into a room that was freezing cold and asked to sit in an uncomfortable chair and again told there would be no charge for a simple gluing. A woman came in and looked at my denture and the loose tooth and told me someone would be in to talk with me very soon. After 30 minutes of sitting in a freezing room a "dentist" came in and examined the denture and strongly suggested that I get new dentures. I told him I just needed the tooth placed back in as the dentures were less than 2 years old. He stated that there was no socket for the tooth to be glued back in and that it would not hold, which was not true. In the end I had them glue the tooth back in and was very surprised that the cost was $295.00! To glue a single tooth back into a denture? Gimme a break! This "business" is worse than going to a shady used car dealer. Would I go back? Not on your life!
