  • We hired Emily based on her glowing reviews on Yelp and the Hux website. She was at our home for a total 8 hours before we asked her to leave at 8pm. She wasn't even close to being done in our home. Floors were not mopped or vacuumed, sinks weren't cleaned, and kitchen counter and sink hadn't even been touched. To be honest I have no idea what she did our home for that long. We even paid for the Full cleaning to ensure the house was cleaned from top to bottom. We would not recommend this company. Customer service refunded our money but unlike the previous clients who had a similar situation we did not receive a credit for a future clean. I would think they would treat all clients the same.
