Had 4 new rear dual Motorhome tires (22.5" dia) installed and Tire Pros used Balance Bags to balance the tires. Upon my departure day from AZ the two outside tires went completely when the I checked the tire pressure. Once tires were out of air I was able to re-inflate and tires held pressure. I called the store and they took me in to check. Of course the tires stayed inflated when they checked them. They assumed one of the beads from the balance bag got caught in the stem and I needed to drive more miles to spread the beads. Departed the Phoenix area and drove to Denver. While at the campground in Denver I again checked my tires to make sure pressure was correct. Oh NO! Once again the outside dual deflated completely. No Tire Pro shop in Denver could handle my size of tire. Called Tire Pros in Chandler and they agreed to pay to have tires checked. Went to CO Tire and Service, Aurora and they discovered that the tires had the incorrect valve stem cartridge for the balance bag system. It is a special cartridge that is designed to keep dirt and beads from entering stem. They replaced all 4 valve stem cartridges. Tire Pros agreed to pay for the installation. So this cost me a 2nd trip to a tire shop.
Buyer beware to know what they are buying. Don't think the gentlemen at this Tire Pros understand the total requirements for this application.
