  • So deceiving! Thought we had a good deal on a flight until we showed up with our 2 "carry-on" suitcases that were an inch too tall to fit under the seat and were charged an additional $200 in baggage fees. They were so smug about it when they told us we should have read the fine print online. I don't fly often, and I wasn't expecting there to be a fine print saying I would be shaken down for every penny. I miss the days when they offered yucky TV dinners, peanuts and bottomless drinks instead of trying to sell you credit cards and overpriced snacks. I know all airlines have gone in this unfortunate direction, but Southwest is a million times better. Will never fly spirit again!
