  • Our air conditioner broke down in mid-August and I called Black Mountain to get a second opinion. They came out that same day and diagnosed the problem. They worked with us to get the part as quick as they could, and charged us a reasonable price. Sharon, in the office, did a great job coordinating everything with us. Will did the installation and he was very professional and took the time to make sure everything was up and running 100%.
