I tried this restaurant because of the yelp reviews and because I was too lazy to leave the resort.
The bread basket was delicious especially the crispy thin slices of buttered crouton like bread. The lobster bisque was good. The Christmas dinner wasn't that good, but the salad was great. (cranberries, blue cheese, dried apple, etc.)
The chicken fettuccine with asparagus was very creamy and heavy. It was a bit too filling for me.
Turkey was too dry, but the veggies and mashed potatoes were good.
Dessert was my favorite: trio of sorbet was perfect ($5) raspberry, mango, and lemon. Light and refreshing.
Cheesecake was just ok.
Hostess was nice and the lady manager was really nice and accommodating as I had more people join our table for desserts.
There are a few restaurants within a 2 mile radius of the J.W Marriot that the hotel can take guests so if you don't want to leave the hotel, this restaurant is probably the best one at the resort.
