I signed a 12 month contract and was so excited to try this place. I ended up canceling my contract after 3 fills. I have had lash extensions for years by one technician at another business so I knew what to expect. My first set of lashes here almost did not seem full enough. The lashes looked like they needed mascara or something. My second fill, my technician was a good 20-30 min behind so another girl began the removal until my technician could get in. This set looked much better but fell out in 3 weeks. My third and final fill was a total fiasco. I had a 5:15 pm appt and about 15 min before received a text my technician was ill and I could come in at 6:45 pm. I showed up and had to wait 15 minutes for my technician. The entire time she did my lashes she made me feel guilty that my lashes were almost gone. She said she did not have the time to properly fill the lashes, they closed at 8 pm. She also stated I would need to come back for an additional charge of $35 over my monthly fee. I explained I could not afford $100 a month for lashes. While doing my lashes she was texting what I thought might be the girl at the front desk.
The owner was very kind and allowed me to cancel my contract. He allowed me to come in the next day to have my lashes worked on again. I had to take time off work to do this though, so very inconvenient.
I am back with my original lash technician at another salon and she said I am the fourth person who has left this place.
My advice is before signing the contract, try a few times first. Each technician is drastically different in personality and quality of work. I tried four different technicians. I feel bad for the owner because he is a nice man and I would have loved to stay but I was spending more $ and my lashes that did not last even 3 weeks.
