  • I took my car in for an oil change, smog, tire alignment, and headlight bulb replacement (my car is a pain in the... - you have to take off body parts to replace it...). Surprisingly, there was no attempt to sell me services I didn't need (like the usual air filter or glass repair) you will find elsewhere. No issues, no bizarre proposals. I have been a customer of Ted wiens since I moved to Las Vegas and every time I was quite pleased with the service, attentiveness and speed. Christian the manager made sure I was still ok with my upcoming appointments since they encountered a small issue and had to invest more time. It shows he actually listened to what I was saying and cared. Overall pretty excellent experience!!
