rev:text	I had the best customer service experience shopping at Louis Vuitton at City Center with their sales associate Derek Cuozzo. Derek was very knowledgeable and patient in helping me find the perfect bag. I wanted to treat myself for my birthday after a lot of hard work (and some winnings at the casinos!), so I came to Louis Vuitton and was not disappointed. I told Derek about my styles and tastes and he found me the Olympe Monogram Noir bag. Just perfect! He also recommended a beautiful bag charm for when I want to dress it up. Derek was so pleasant and accomodating and really made my shopping experience memorable. I could have shopped at the LV stores in Beverly Hills, Century City or at the Grove in LA, but they all have horrible customer service. It was an absolute pleasure to shop at Louis Vuitton City Center in Las Vegas, thanks to Derek.
