After a surprisingly short wait I met with a rep by the name of David. He was very knowledgeable in fixing my phone which had a complex error. He laid out a 3 step plan and gave me the option to replace a sim card, do a factory reset or replace the phone. I choose the sim card as a start. David was very respectful and personable. My recent experiences with Verizon stores have not been pleasurable experiences so I am happy to have found this store.
