  • Mary was extremely rude when I went in to inquire about a wedding dress alteration. She started off with "let's not waste each other's time" since it will be "expensive" ($50, which isn't expensive). Apparently I look poor. Mary then informed me since I need it in (4 days it would be $75. That was also fine - even though her overall tone is very condescending. Mary then told me the "other lady" who works there "doesn't know anything" and "don't listen to her." After her being rude to me, and telling me the people she worked with are incompetent, I had enough and went elsewhere. I went to Phuong's Alternations (Silverado Ranch) and it was half as much, done in half the time, and he was very friendly about it.
