I purchased a massage through Groupon. Massage was okay. Didn't make a difference honestly. I still had tension and stiff shoulders. Maybe I needed professional help? I decided to see the chiropractor after since I had really bad pain still. Even the chiropractor at the office said I was pretty stiff after the massage. He did some little shock thing on my back and some X-rays. I guess that was fine. The next time I came back was to discuss the results of the X-rays. They decided to go over the rates and payment options before they explained what was wrong with me. I feel like as a business I would've explained the X-rays first and treatments needed then pricing. I was willing to pay but I felt like I could save my $1000 upfront or $2100 if I did payments. I rather work out and relieve stress with some at home techniques.
To add: I wanted to purchase an item for my neck. And the representative couldn't even find the item. I know she was new but dang!
Giving them 2 stars because I wish them luck! Their existing patients looked kinda happy I guess while I was there both visits.
