rev:text	This dealership will sell you a used car in Arizona without working AC. Then when you call and tell them about it(as you are driving off the lot) they say bring it in whenever you can. Then the vehicle you bought actually catastrophically fails and won't drive forward or reverse. So you have it towed in. Then you have to tell them what is wrong with the vehicle after 3 days of them saying it's fine. Then after all is said and done they charge you $100 to fix the failure(sure they say it cost them more than that but that's another lie on their part) and the AC never got touched. They expect me to wait until the extended warranty I paid $3400 for kicks in in 30 days and claim it on that.... which has a $100 deductible. Funny thing is they tried to get me to pay $200 for this repair and I had to inform them the deductible is actually $100 not $200. You know why an extended warranty doesn't kick in for 30 days?? To protect the warranty company and the buyer from a shady dealer who sells crap cars with known issues and won't stand behind their vehicles or their condition. THEY SOLD A VEHICLE IN ARIZONA WITHOUT WORKING AC... who does that??? Their no haggle one price policy is also a total joke. AVOID THIS STEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS, they will rip you off and you will regret ever going there in the first place. Long story short I paid $15k plus the warranty, plus to add insult to injury they billed me another $100 and made me feel like absolute garbage for buying a used vehicle from Them.
