I came here to buy the Drybar 3-Day Bender and they only had one left, which had a little burn mark that looked like some hair product so it made me think it might have already been used then returned. So I went to ask if they had another one in the back that I could get, which one of the ladies did nicely and she told me they DID have another one in the back. Then this older lady butted in and seemed irritated asking me what was wrong with the curling iron. She honestly seemed so annoyed but I don't understand why because if I'm paying for it then what's wrong with asking for a new one?? I work in retail and when a customer asks if we have back stock, I'm more than happy to give them a product from the back if they ask. Then another lady, I think she was a manager, came to help and she double-checked again and came back o say they only had one left. She was a lot more professional.
However, the fact that they made it such a big deal and that three employees had to get involved was honestly ridiculous. I asked a simple question and needed a simple "yes" or "no" and I would have gone about my day just fine. But the fact that the old irritated lady clearly has no customer service and had the need to question me, shake her head at me, and what not was totally unnecessary.
Take your business somewhere else and go to Sephora for your needs if you can. With Ulta's reputation about repackaging products and what not, don't waste your time and money here.
