I experienced much the same as others regarding the schedule. Changes were made over and over to the point where I didn't really know what time my actual appointment was supposed to be.
While the price was certainly right, I think these folks were overwhelmed with the Social Living response and didn't know how to handle the masses. Still customer service and marketing skills were sorely lacking.
As soon as the trio walked thru the door, it was...."See I told you it would be all wood floors"...which I took to mean it was more work for them. My house is about 1500 sf with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. They wouldn't do the 2nd bedroom at all because they had "already gone over the time allotted" and they "only make $16 on these vouchers."
On my only positive note, the wood floors looked great.
Not only would I never use them again, I resent that I left a tip for them after reading their frequent requests on their emails.
