  • This is a great place to live. Alexsandra in the front office, and Mike, the man in charge of maintenance are fantastic! Most people spend their time on Yelp complaining or talking about burgers. I'm quite pleased to be one of those people that gives a compliment where compliments are due. On multiple occasions Alexsandra and the front office staff and Mike in particular have solved problems, on point, on time and without any grief. Anyone that portends there is something wrong with the staff here is just a complainer probably about everything. This is a great property, with great neighbors and a staff that actually cares about the tenants. Plus the pool is heated most of the year! I can't say enough good things about Mike and Alexsandra and the staff here at Palazzo.
