  • We rent a high-end property rented through Key Realty, and they are completely non-responsive. We plan on moving after the lease because essential repairs are either entirely ignored or delayed for weeks/months. When repairs are dealt with, they use the lowest quality tradespeople available, and do everything on the cheap. I would NEVER, EVER rent a house that was managed by Key Realty again. The broker is cocky and rude, with zero concern with regards to the satisfaction of his tenants. If you have a property to rent, and want to keep your good tenants for a long time, do yourself a favor and pick a DIFFERENT BROKER. If you need to rent a property, do yourself a favor and DON'T RENT FROM KEY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT!!!
