  • WOW. If I could leave no stars I would. Purchased a Groupon and figured I would give these guys a shot. MY MISTAKE. Called to schedule TWICE, left messages with no call back. Finally get a call back and I'm told about the dozen of hidden fees (drive time, 10% gas fee, extra hours with a gas fee even when stationary, drive time even when in their service area, stairs, heavy items, etc etc). When I asked for clarification Ms "Manager" went OFF. I was sworn at and hung up on. Needless to say, I had my groupon immediately refunded. This business is GHETTO.
